Filtered Groundnut oil

Our Filtered Groundnut Oil is extracted from premium groundnuts. It is processed and packed under hygiene-controlled conditions and stringent quality norms. The oil has a pleasing taste with mild or neutral flavour but, if made with roasted peanuts, has a stronger peanut flavour and aroma. It is appreciated for its high smoke point (450°F/232 °C) relative to many other cooking oils and is commonly used for frying volume batches of foods. The oil is rich in vitamin E, an antioxidant that offers many protective benefits against chronic disease. It is also enriched with vitamin A, vitamin D, omega-6 fatty acids, phytosterols, polyunsaturated fats and monounsaturated fats and other minerals. An ideal for baking, sautéing, frying, salad dressings and other forms of cooking. While this oil offers a slightly nutty flavour, it is a good, neutral option to use for most recipes.
