On the other hand the Enzyme Inactive variety is produced from soybean seeds of the highest grade which undergo cleaning for the removal of foreign material two times. The cleaned beans are further conditioned, cracked, de-hulled and rolled into flakes. These flakes are toasted further to inactivate the enzyme activity unlike our enzyme active grade. The product is then processed and made rich in protein (more than 40%). This variety also keeps cholesterol in check and hence good cardio vascular health.
